Surrounded by picturesque North Central Washington beauty, our estate vineyard is rooted in ideal vineyard soils on a south, southwest-facing terrace perched above the pristine waters of the Wenatchee River in the Sleepy Hollow area. The name “Bella Terrazza,” Italian for “Beautiful Terrace,” is at the heart of what makes our beautiful vineyard so unique. Our naturally contoured terraces couple with several unique micro climates which allows our Estate Winery to produce crisp, refreshing white wines as well as profound, intense red wines – all in our very own artisan Winery. At Bella Terrazza, our wines are made of people, memories, commitment, dedication and passion. Wine is the people who make it and the people who enjoy it. The Winery Chateau Faire Le Pont is a state-of-the-art winery located in the beautiful Wenatchee Valley. Our beautifully renovated 1920’s brick warehouse was formerly used for staging fruit to be loaded onto trains. We have created an elegant, multi-use space while maintaining the strength and character consistent with an old brick warehouse. Expansive windows frame a panorama of mountain views. Our large outdoor decks and Gazebo are perfect for those beautiful summer days. Our vineyard lines the entrance to the winery. It is an educational vineyard showcasing different varieties of grapes. We feature an “adopt-a-vine” program, which includes a hands-on approach to wine making that ranges from learning how to prune the vines to harvesting and crushing the grapes, to producing and bottling wine. “Faire Le Pont” is a French term that means: “Bridging the Gap.” It’s used when a holiday falls mid-week and you are having such a great time that you decide to go ahead and extend it through the weekend. Awards AWARDS: 2013 Platinum Judging – Winepress Northwest Our judges this year were: Dan Berger, independent wine journalist from Santa Rosa, Calif., who runs the Riverside International and Long Beach Grand Cru competitions and judges around the […]

Malaga Springs Winery is a very small craft winery located at the base of the colossal basalt cliffs south of Malaga, WA. The area is named after a grape brought over from the Malaga district of Spain to supply the railroad workers when the railroad was being pushed through the Cascades in the late 1800’s. The winery is situated on deposited granite rich soils from the Glacial Lake Missoula floods. We are dedicated to sustainable farming, to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible. Energy efficiency, from our super insulated straw winery building, through our energy efficient winemaking techniques, is important to us. Our wines are made in the old style, with many reds being barreled from 18 to 24 months, then up to 2 years in the bottle, before release. The winery is located just 7 miles south of Wenatchee, through beautiful cherry and apple orchards along the Columbia River.

In 2003, Ben and Ardy Low began making wine in a cold storage room located on their fruit orchard with their friends and family. Over the course of the next 5 years, the number of barrels continued to increase which led to the formation of Cashmere Cellars, a Boutique winery making primarily Reds and small lots of Chardonnay. The wine tasting room is located in the Cashmere Mission District where guests are invited to Swirl, Sniff and Savor our wine as well as browse the selection of unique Gifts. The Reds are barreled from 24 to 30 months, then up to 2 years in the bottle before they are released. We have enjoyed creating this wine and want to share it with you!

The creative expression of the wine we love to drink; a European-style wine with great balance and character. Balance, character and longevity is not only our philosophy for handcrafting wines of superior quality and distinction, it is also the motto that guides us in our daily lives. Our small family winery was created to showcase our passion for two wine varietals we especially enjoy drinking and producing, Riesling and Syrah. Since only small quantities are made of each, we are able to carefully monitor the wines from start to finish. The end result is uniquely styled wines that reflect the authenticity of the vineyards from which it comes. Enjoy our wines with family and friends and think about creating a life of balance, character and longevity –We do!

Visit an undiscovered gem and experience premium hand crafted wine while learning the history behind Horan Estates. In the late 1800’s, Michael Horan came to the Wenatchee Valley and homesteaded at the confluence of the Wenatchee and Columbia Rivers. He was initially in the dairy business until establishing a pear orchard in the rich, fertile soil of the confluence. In the early 1900’s Michael built the Horan House, now listed in the Washington Historical Register. It was in this home that Michael’s great-grandson, Doug McDougall, (the winemaker for Horan Estates Winery) was raised until venturing off to college in the mid 1960’s to follow the family farming tradition. Trying to weather the economic ups and downs of apple farming, Doug decided to diversify and planted grapes near Royal City, Washington. That turned out to be a smart move as the area soon became recognized as ideal for wine grapes and is now part of the Columbia Valley appellation. When other winemakers praised the high quality of grapes produced from the vineyard, Doug, along with his wife Diana decided to start a small winery.

Leony’s Cellar wines are a product of gravity flow artisan winemaking technology, retaining the finer notes in grapes. We aim at bringing out all that a wine grape has to offer. One thing I commonly hear about Leony’s Cellar wine is they keep on giving. That is you receive the many flavors you expect from premium wines but they lay so nice on the pallet, developing layers of flavor experiences!

The winery was licensed in 2008 and opened in the spring of 2009. Snowgrass specializes in the production of fully-bodied red wines and aromatic dry roses. All Snowgrass wines are unfiltered for maximum flavor. The winery uses sustainable methods to grow grapes. Sheep graze in the vineyard and they, along with the goats and chickens, renew the soil.
